My Sole Says Yes Boutique is strictly an online store.  All returns must be received within twenty (20) days after item has been delivered to customer.  Shipping charges on returns are not refundable.  My Sole Says Yes Boutique will gladly accept unworn merchandise; all merchandise is thoroughly inspected prior to shipping. All returns must have original packaging.

Exchanges

Exchanging products will be on case by case basis.  Reason being ~ items may no longer be in store from date of purchase to date of delivery.  If merchandise is available for re-order, My Sole Says Yes Boutique will be excited to replace the same merchandise, with Customer awareness of shipping timeframe.
